Primary School Formal Education

Education is the passage to progress

Straightforwardly, COD say, “education is the passage to progress”. It is additionally the way to our fate as achievements can only be accomplished when individuals have information, aptitudes, and frame of mind. In this way, education resembles a medium through which we can associate with various individuals and offer our thoughts in South Sudan and the World at Large.

Purpose:

Community Organization for Development (COD) focuses on young people’s transition from the nonformal to the formal education sector, and explores how the experiences of children and young people in remote formal and nonformal schools affect their awareness of issues of health, well-being and the environment.

Physical Education

COD  main aim of physical education is not only physical development but also to equip learners with knowledge, skills, capacities,
values, and the enthusiasm to maintain and carry on a healthy lifestyle. It promotes physical fitness and the understanding of rules, concepts and strategies of
playing games and sports. Students learn to either work as part of a team, or as individuals in a wide variety of competitive activities.

Our structure of Formal Education

At a young age, students learn the basics of general knowledge, and as they reach the end of mandatory formal education, they learn more complex facts. After graduating, they have the option to take further education in a specialized field.
